The broken fuel pump meant that you had to completely remove the fuel tank on this very large van. Most shops were unwilling to even take it at all. East Side stepped up and agreed not only to take the van but to get it done the next morning. The young man they sent with the tow truck was quick and professional. We got a cab and headed to the hotel. East Side got to work on the van and were partically done by time we got there the next day. They completed the work quickly and professionally. Spell check messed up name of the garage should be Pettyjohns not patty jones. I called towing service back they said tow truck driver dropped off car. Called service technician he said tow truck driver never dropped off keys. Once again called tow truck dispatcher she said she would call pettyjohns . We drove to Bethany, MO from where we live North of Lineville, Iowa to say we were on our way. Cody the technician said they found the car in lot. The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible. The power doors and Windows didn't work and the car wouldn't start at all. I called 5 different towing companies at around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. One of them didn't answer the phone. I told each of the other 4 where I was and where I wanted the car towed about 5 miles away. I got estimates of $95 to over $150. I also asked how long it would take for them to get to me. Capital City Towing told me I would be 4th on their wait list and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. When I called P&M Towing, not only were they the least expensive but they also gave me the quickest response time. They said they could be to my car within 40 minutes, and they were accurate with that estimate. It was starting to get dark and cold by the time they arrived so I was really happy to see them. The guy handled picking up my car extremely professionally and efficiently. I rode in the truck to the shop. The truck was extremely clean (and warm!). The driver was friendly and cleanly dressed. He accepted my card for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. 10/10.

I found Quality Auto Solutions on a Google Maps search and they answered right away, even though it was late. Matt met me at his location in no time. He checked out the van we were driving and determined it was the alternator. Because of the late hour we arrived we were not able to get the part that night, and had to head to Urbandale. We weren't as worried after he offered us a tow if we had any trouble. Early the next morning he personally picked up the new alternator, and installed it quickly and efficiently upon our arrival. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and I can honestly say I've never had better or more honest service done to any of my vehicles by any shop.
