We hired this company to put new vinyl liner in our pool, and we had leaks and it pulled away from the sides. Try to get her back out to do the repair and never responded. Had to hire a different company to come and do the repair. The owner is very unprofessional and very rude. Stay away or you will be sorry. read more

If you're needing a pool liner I highly recommend Mittnight Pools. Jessie was wonderful. She showed me all the options, was very patient while I tried to decide which liner I wanted. She was very flexible in scheduling appointments for measuring and filling out the paperwork. She even went out of way to fix my pool light. The price for the liner, labor, and light was very reasonable. She always showed up when she said she would and finished in 2 days. She even provided the pool credit affidavit for me to give to the water company. She rocked!!!! read more

Jess and her crew were professionals during the whole process. It took two days for the whole install and that is only because the first day we had rain. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking to replace their in ground pool liner. One thing to keep in mind when getting your liner replaced that is that during the summer time there is a wait because this process is such high demand. Worst customer service ever. Liner is coming off its tracks there's been leaks and I have been trying to get a hold on these people for well over a year and nothing yet. Every time I call or leave a message I never get a respond back. The one time I got a hold of them they said they'd be here on a Sunday, it's been over a year and still haven't seen them. I hired Mittnight Pools to remodel my pool. I gave him a deposit 9 weeks ago. At the time of contract, he agreed to have it done in 4 wks. Here we are 9 wks later & it's still not done! They have left trash all over my pool deck through the weekend & also left another persons $2000 pool liner on my deck (since last Wed), because they brought the wrong one to my house.My pool is an inground vinyl liner. They left all the screws/nails sitting 4 inches from the pool (with new liner already in it), that could have easily been knocked in pool by my dogs & caused a hole in this liner. This morning while I was gone, he came in the gate & left it open (saw it on my video surveillance) and my dogs were running down Mandarin Rd in traffic! They don't show up til 4:30-5:00 in the afternoon & then have to leave an hour later because it's storming. When I tried to explain to owner that I was dissatisfied with his work ethic & lack of judgement, he proceeded to call me a bitch. DO NOT use this company! read more
