I paid around $6,500 to have my house repainted (including scraping, sanding, caulking, and repairs to water damaged trim). First of all, the crew smoked so much weed while working that the neighbors complained. They barely scraped any cracked or peeling paint. Sanded nothing. So now a year and a half later, I have multiple code violations for cracked and peeling paint from the city. No care was taken to mask off areas that weren't supposed to be painted. They sprayed my gutters, garage door, gas meter, mail box. They missed areas all together. Spilled and run off paint. They painted over stained woodwork and bricks. Trim was only painted on one side. I thought they were going to finish the back and sides the same. So after they got paid they never came back. I didn't really want to tell a friend that this was the worst job I had ever seen. So I ask him multiple times to come out and finish the sides and back. "Antonio" keeps telling me he is busy and will come out when he can. This goes on for a while. I get a new ticket for cracked a peeling paint from the city so I message him again. This time more aggressive. He acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. First they don't do trim. Then they did do the trim and it's white. Then later that they only do the front and the sides cost more. So "Antonio" does stop by the house and we talk face to face. I walk him around the house and show him everything. He gives me his word that he will come on Sunday and "make it right". The night before he messages me that I will have to pay more for labor and that the back and sides weren't included. Basically pay more or I'm screwed. Any way I didn't want to bad mouth anybody but a couple of crank heads could have done this quality of work. And for a lot less money. My main contact was Antonio (which isn't even his real name) but Mario and another guy were there and did the same trash work. And scare me for trying to support a friends business. Price was reasonable and saved us some money versus new tub new tile.

The exterior finish is now smeared and bubbled instead of a smooth finish. The worker also did zero cleanup, tracked wet white debris down our hardwood stairs, marring the finish, and even peed in the toilet and left it for us without flushing. Oh yes, and he used our nice towels to hold his tools. STunned at this terrible experience. So far I've called twice and emailed 3 times and no replies.

PM disappeared after 2 months into the job. they never returned our allowance money. They did shotty work. Didn't grout under vanities which have legs so it noticeable. They installed wrong flooring in entire house. Left live electrical wires in the walls which could have burned down our home. Our shower floor doesn't drain because the floor is uneven. kitchen cabinets weren't finished. They flooded our dry basement and ruined it. RUN from KC Remodel are liars and dishonest they walked out on our remodel job because we requested invoices showing where our money was going. They also kept our allowance money. we found out they were over charging us for additional items flooring, paint, Sheetrock etc. they use it in their own homes or other homes. This is why they would not give us invoices. They did a terrible job. All the photos on their website are probably fake.

I was so pleased with the painting outcome I hired them personally to power wash my mothers wooden deck as well. She is too stubborn to admit it, but the deck really needed to be cleaned, so I surprised her with the additional service. Painting Done Right KC was happy to help and worked her into their schedule that week. The deck is 20+ years old and was covered in dirt, grime, grease, mold, moss, and everything under the sun. We called Jessica and she came out right away, and not only that, her husband and a crew member came out to caulk the exterior area to give us time. Jessica and Joel (owners) are great people, I found the company to be very responsive to our questions and requests. They fixed a number of wood rot for us and did a great job... We've passed on their information to other neighbors and friends. We've hired them to work on our rental home. The previous two companies we had to fix our rental home just never did anything, within a week of assessing the damage caused by the hail storm, Jessica gave me estimates and emailed the insurance company. Cuzco did extensive work on my roof and gutters in 2014. Now in 2015, we have sprung a leak in our…read moreroof that has cause extensive damage to our home. We requested that Cuzco come out to evaluate, and Joel came out, and said he had nothing to fix, and could possibly return if we could locate the active leak. Clearly there was a substantial issue due to obvious interior water damage. Since then, we have had a BBB roofer and insurance adjuster inspect, and the roof is now so damaged that it will require complete replacement. Both the roofer and adjuster noted the shoddy workmanship of the previous repair, and that the current issues could have been avoided if the roof was corrected/repaired properly by Cuzco in 2014. Now, Cuzco is not responsive to any of our phone calls and have dropped off the map. Do not trust these people, they contributed to the ruination of my home.

No text, no phone call no nothing. So it looks like this company is not honest not trustworthy not responsible. Save yourself some time and money and go with someone else that's honest.
