The house was an inheritance, and needed to be put on the market "as is." They were diligent in helping me get the exterior tidied up - finding a gardener, handyman, electrician and teens to do front yard poop patrol! (gotta keep the neighborhood happy!) Literally two days before it was to go on the market, a pipe burst in the kitchen. I live out of state, and I did not have any idea who to call, and I left everything up to them. That evening they got ServPro out to suck up the water and to dry everything out. Insurance became involved, and a contractor was recommended. Suffice it to say that the contractor was less than stellar. Too many delays, etc. However, Jessica and Masumi would drop by periodically to be my eyes and ears and give me a report on how the construction was coming. When they couldn't get there, Kim went by to check things out. These ladies stood strong, even calling the contractor a few times on my behalf when I was out of the country. It took over 6 months from the original date that the house was to go on the market to actually be ready to go. Jessica and Masumi very easily (and I would not have blamed them) could have told me to call back when it was ready, or told tell me to get another realtor. But no! They stuck right with me through thick and thin! In the end, I received a very fair price for my house. I highly recommend Dunn, Purdy & Co, along with Keller Williams to represent you in your real estate needs, buying or selling.

She was entirely responsive to our own ideas and finds, and would quickly arrange showings whenever was convenient for us. He bullies you into making a quick sale instead of getting top dollar out of your home. His LACK of knowledge in contacts, such as alarm systems, is alarming to say the least (no pun intended). Even when escrow is done and over with he will bully you into satisfying the BUYER when they aren't even his clients to begin with. We LOST out in money we shouldn't have paid to the buyer because this paranoid bully, Bud, was always crying about supposedly being taken to small claims for B.S. (like taking our own alarm system)! I highly recommend you save yourself the headache and go with another agent.
