That said, this review is strictly for the quality of the product since I cannot speak to the store experience having thrifted my boots. But truly, I cannot speak highly enough of these boots. The pair I found is a knee high style in brown suede with a small block heel, they are a quintessential classic done so beautifully. They are also the comfiest pair of boots I have ever owned. From the look of the soles both inside and out, these at most got worn once before being donated, yet I had no break in period. I'm not sure how I was blessed enough for the thrift gods to bestow them upon me, but I will be praying and keeping my eyes peeled for another pair in black. Even when the AI pretends to pass you to a real human, I doubt they do because this person was just as disagreeable, unhelpful, sorry not sorry, you're stuck with it, employee. I think their name was Rey. This guy used every reason known to man not to allow me an exchange that probably would have made me leave a much nicer review and walked away a happy customer. I read some of the reviews before posting and it appears I'm not the only unhappy customer. But hey, if they don't really need repeat customers then I don't really want their ugly product.

Then as the time draws closer you go in so your measurements will match with what they make for you. There is a lot of leather jackets already for sale in which you can immediately purchase providing you find a fit that is good for you.
