Arthur Murray Red Bank studio just had the most amazing and magical event at the Sterling Ballroom (inside the Double Tree Hotel Tinton Falls-Eatontown). We were searching for a venue which could accommodate our Valentine's Ball with Showcase and Social dance with full scale catering. The Sterling Ballroom team did not disappoint. From the beginning of planning to execution, we had a short amount of time, only 6 weeks! We found the venue during the last week of December, and finalized contract at the beginning of January and our event was February 9th! The Sales Team Reena and Sue tagged team well and got what we needed at a short notice with holiday downtime during the final contract arrangement. The Sterling Ballroom had been more than accommodating. They were able to set up everything to perfection. From table setup, to decoration, centerpiece etc. When our guests arrived, everyone was complimenting immediately about the Ambiance of the ballroom. The numerous chandeliers gave it the most elegant look and feel. The place was warm and the staff were the most welcoming. Special thanks to the Catering Manager Nemo who has met with our studio manager several times to ensure the House speaker system would work with AM Red Bank's sound equipment as well as on the day of, re-arranged tables to perfection as our original floor plan did not really match what we wanted (our fault, not The Sterling Ballroom's). Our event had a floating schedule. Nemo was able to get his staff to turn around quickly and serve food slightly earlier than scheduled. His team of staff were so pleasant. Everyone had a great smile on and very efficient in working. Very professional. From our end, everyone was raving about how good the food was. The salmon was extremely juicy and tender. The Paella was a very nice touch as most places wouldn't have that on the menu. The Banquet menu had great choices and we were able to select 4 entrees, 2 types of salads with great accompaniments and desserts. Refreshment was provided throughout the event which was a nice touch as we all needed coffee, water and drink for a dance event! All in all, we could not have been happier with how the event turned out. Will be looking forward to organizing more events at The Sterling Ballroom in the future and would recommend this to all who want to have a special event! read more

8/15/21 wedding -- it was amazing. Food was decent, servers were extremely attentive and Nimo the maitre d was everything we could ask for. The venue set everything up beautifully. My only complaint is it is very difficult to get a timely email response. Beautiful and affordable wedding venue! read more

The Sterling Ballroom@DoubleTree Tinton Falls events/catering team exceeded our expectations in just about every category for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah celebration in early November 2019. Reena, Nemo and Susan were easy to work with, accommodating to the extreme, attentive to details and ensured that our needs were met every step of the way. They were so well organized and prepared their staff with the goal of providing our guests with superlative service and a memorable experience. The food was delicious, "hot" and nicely presented ...from cocktail hour through the main event and dessert. The Sterling team also worked very effectively with our external vendors (e.g., DJ, decorators, etc.). Not happy the way they are treat us in this time of a pandemic. We were supposed to get married in October 2020 we asked them to postpone they gave us a song and a dance finally they let us postpone. Now with the cdc and state rules we can't have all are gust and no dancing. And personally I don't feel comfortable with having that many people in one place. We asked them if we could cancel they told us we would own them 75%. We got an attorney. Our attorney sent them a letter and it's been over a month and we have not heard back from them. If we do not hear back from them I am going to go to the newspaper and blast them all over. I want is my money back. read more

First review for the Sterling Ballroom? Really? I've been here a couple times now for various events, but was invited back last weekend for my cousins wedding. Not only was the ceremony beautiful, I had an AMAZING time at the wedding reception held at Sterling. Their ballroom was great, the facilities immaculate, and the food stupendous, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I felt like I needed to write this review because I lost an earring somehow during the reception, and it was returned to me by the people at the front desk. I notified them that I had lost it, but its nice to know that there are still honest people in this world, some of which obviously work at the ballroom! Great place, good times, fun and exciting atmosphere, and wonderful staff. What more could you want? read more

The building itself was nice and the staff was attentive, friendly and extremely mannerable, it was inside the Double tree of Hilton which I went for a wedding. Book any event at Sterling Ballroom at the Double Tree!!!! This is where my sister's wedding will be held in October. We decided to have the Bridal Shower also at Double Tree. Because we were having two events there, the event coordinator allowed me to negotiated a fair price for the Bridal Shower. We wanted the bridal shower to be a surprise so the event coordinator, Victoria Sala, helped us make a fake "menu appointment" for the wedding in order to keep my sister surprised. It wound up being that my stubborn sister went back and forth not taking the appointment with Victoria. After over 35 emails back and forth between her, the bride, the maid of honor, and the mother of the bride, we got my sister to take the "appointment" Victoria was incredibly kind and patient and helped us plan the perfect surprise Bridal Shower. My sister was extremely surprised and it turned out beautifully. The food was incredible, the staff was extremely helpful. It went so well! We could not have chosen a better venue than this one! Their packages include SO MUCH and the price is so worth it! The food was DELICIOUS, our guest could not stop raving about how much food there was during cocktail hour! The service was FLAWLESS, My Husband and I felt catered to the whole night and our guest, again, was saying the service they were given was amazing as well. I could not have been any happier. Literally they said no wedding goes perfect as planned, AND MY WEDDING WAS PERFECT as planned! NOT ONE MISTAKE OR SLIP UP. I worked with Reena so closely and she was AMAZING, through the work she has done, I felt like she truly loves her job and genuinely cares about the couples happiness and satisfaction. I am currently planning my January 2015 wedding here, and Victoria and Kristina are amazing to work with. If I have a question about anything - even when it was a year in advance - they always have an answer, and very quickly too. Emails never go unanswered and they are always available when you need them. When I wanted to see the ballroom space more than once, Victoria was more than happy to give me extra tours. Kristina showed me the bridal suite and helped me book multiple room blocks. I could not ask for better customer service -- and I haven't even had my wedding yet! I chose to book here because of previous stellar reviews from other couples, as well as guests, and I'm very excited for my own big day.
