We hired F.I.G with only 2.5 weeks before our wedding and we had only one requirement for catering - the quality of food. We couldn't have expected that on top of this, we received coordination with our planner for aesthetically pleasing plating and decorations, flexibility with setting up cooking stations away from guests, and professional, kind and friendly service from every single staff member. There was not one time someone's glass sat empty, plate uncleared, or a guest left hungry. Nick, without question and on his own accord, mitigated a few would be fiascos that arose from no fault of his own. At one point he personally ran down our long driveway to stop a rogue late ice-delivery truck with loud generators within seconds of my scheduled walk down the aisle. This type of initiative shows the level of execution Nick expects to put on for his clients, all without the arrogance that comes with other vendors at this level of prestige. The icing on the cake was Nick's frequent suggestions on how to lower costs. At this price point and level of quality and service, it is next to impossible to find a caterer who considers cost effectiveness and does not attempt to upsell you or urge you to spend more on peripheral details.
