I went in this past Monday (worked 1 day) to a new technician and yesterday several of my nails polish chipped and started to peel up. Very disappointed. I had a manicure one other time by someone other than T dont know her name, but she dug into my nails while cleaning it hurt & I told her, no sorry nothing. This time it was a new young gentleman. This is not normal,or right and I've never had the clearcoat peel, nor have I had my nail polish turn black.. And still no discount, like it was not their fault.. I spent $130 on the services, I always tip well & spend alot of money on my nails with nail art. Sooo pissed as I dont complain, but when services are right, they arent.. T is amazing.
