I made an appointment and arrived a little after my scheduled time. I asked for a fill and the lady I had to do my nails took her time and I was there for over an hour. Instead of keeping my nails coffin shaped, like I asked, she turned them into stiletto style nails. Usually, a fill is anywhere between $20-25 and they charged me $40. I just moved to the area and decided to come here because it was the only place that has appointments available during my time crunch. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon. read more

I made my appointment with a week in advance and they cancelled it the day before my appointment so I made another appointment for today a week ago and I arrived a little after my appointment time and they cancelled it again and took another customer instead but there have been times when I have had appointments and I have had to wait 10-15 minutes until they can attend to me. read more

I called in the morning to make and appointment and came in at 1 pm for said appointment. I was paired with Gia to do my nails and I've gotta say I've gotten my nails done in Los Angeles, Orange County, Europe, etc. and I've never had nails look so amazing! Gia took her time to carefully craft my nails to my liking and kept making sure I was satisfied. A gel fill with color changing polish, design, & single nail repair was 45$, for me it was such a steal considering prices I'm used to and the craftwork that went in to making my nails look amazing! I had the displeasure of going to this salon. I asked for a french tip, and all they did was put white acrylic tips on the end of my finger and paint a clear coat on it and told me I was done. so basically didn't even do my nails at all barely painted them. not only that she cut my cuticle and wiped it away with her bare finger. Very unsanitary very unprofessional. every other salon I've been to has painted on the French tip, it was like there was no effort put in. she knew I didn't like them and still proceeded to charge me 50$. Was a highly disappointing experience!!! WAY too expensive for the shoddy service and treatment. I definitely will NOT be back!

This place is probably the best nail salon in Forest Lake. They did such an amazing jobs on my nails... I am obsessed!!! They listened to everything I had to say about my nails and did everything I wanted. Workers were took a while to warm up to and it was awkward at first, but after 15 min in they were very nice and funny. My only complaint was I started bleeding twice. Other wise, awesome job! read more
