She misrepresented herself and blatantly lied when our realtor asked her if she was going to " flip this house?" Her answer was, "NO", minor updating. The house ended up being totally remodeled and put back on the market almost 8 months later ! Evidently, greed got in the way of what should have been honesty and integrity. It's never a good idea to allow a conflict of interest to exist in a real estate professionals way of doing business. We had 27 legitimate offers on this home. Some potential buyers left us notes about how they loved the house and could see themselves raising a family there . If she was honest with us , we would have never sold it to her and her husband knowing her true intentions. It's difficult to believe that an agency allows this sort of misrepresentation to occur. Not a realtor I would ever trust or want to do business with. Buyer or seller beware!
