In September, I hired them to tack shingles down on my roof. There was poor communication about when the work would be done. When the agreed upon day came, they did not show up. I called and emailed to confirm and Claudio said that the guys would be there at 9. It was already 10:30am at that point. I had to go to work and clearly requested via email that they not complete any work unless I was at home- I did not receive a response to this email and called to follow up. After hours of no communication, I was told that they would come another day. I was already frustrated at this point, but needed the work done. Finally, the day came and when Claudio showed up, he was by himself. I asked if he was going to complete the work by himself because the roof is pretty large. He told me that the guys had already come to do it on the first day (where I had to contact them and was told they'd be there at 9am). He was there for my payment. He insisted they came that day, but it isn't true. I was there myself and I think I would've known if someone was on my roof. Furthermore, even when I left to go to work, I have cameras on every side of the house. I was watching the surveillance and no one showed up. I paid him, because I don't believe in cheating people out of earned money, but after my insurance company came back to inspect them roof, it is clear that no work was done. Or was not done to completion (if I'm being generous). Stay away from this company. I've contacted them to have them come back and finish (or start) the work and have been met with voicemails and unanswered emails. I will be contacting the BBB, because this is unacceptable.

The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I've called probably 5 times since over the span of a few weeks, complete silence. Beware. They'll put an expensive roof on your home and then not help you out when a problem arises. Had to hire another company.
