My husband and I attended the MJ Live show in Las Vegas and it was absolutely phenomenal!!! Santana Jackson (as Michael Jackson) sang & danced just like Michael Jackson!! His dancers and guitar players were also totally amazing!!! Anyone going to Vegas must not miss it! read more

I'm a huge Michael Jackson fan (who isn't?!) and start dancing in the car whenever his music comes onto the radio in the car. Although the show is relatively short, the music selection is pretty comprehensive, covering the hits throughout his life and career. The Michael performer was fun and engaging, and although he regular broke character, did it in a humorous way (though not necessarily to everyone's taste). Personally, I wished that we'd wrapped up with Heal the World but ultimately I left satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it to any fan of the King of Pop! read more

Hi everyone, let me start by saying the part of the show that I saw was entertaining and the MJ Live Group did a good job. most importantly to me, Harrah's is an establishment that I will never go to again. Their drinks, Pins Colada was $27.99. I could have gotten over that if I was provided a menu or verbally told the price before consuming the drinks. I verbalized how I thought this was unfair and the waitress got upset. once going to the back to speak with the manager about the fact that prices were not visibly posted and the bill was not given to me until 20 minutes after receiving my drink. The manager brought security with him. I did not stay standing in the back to wait for him because I didn't want to miss the show so I went back to my seat. The manager , bartender, and waitress were all dismissive and rude. I should have asked to see a price list but I think they should have transparent pricing also. Most of all I'm disappointed in how they handled the situation with an uncaring and dismissive attitude. This is how situations get out of control. No one cared how I felt or tried to see their fault in this. Not a place I want to go again. read more

Went to see this show at the Tropicana this week. Show is fine. Audio mixing is fine. There is a live band with a drummer, keyboardist and guitarists, as well as a plethora of dancers and costume changes. My issue is with this theater. I've seen quite a few shows at the Tropicana Theater (like the absolute flop that was Back in the Building Elvis tribute, and the shuttered Divas impersonation show.) This is the only time I've been to this theater and it was full. What you don't realize when you sit in a less than full theater is that the bar is stage right, but in the middle of the theater: -----------------------Stage---------------------- Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Audio Booth Seats ___________________| |___________________ Bar _______________| |_| |_| |______________ Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats Seats | |Seats Seats Seats -------------------------| |------------------------ Lobby Bar ------------------------| |------------------------- If you sit in the section behind the bar, despite the fact it is a 1 hour show, there are CONSTANTLY people criss-crossing the theater to get to the bar and go back to their seats. It is incredibly distracting to constantly have people getting up and crossing the theater. The only bar that should be open is the lobby bar so that people exit their row, go down the center aisle and out into the lobby to get drinks if they can't be bothered to get their drinks before the show starts. One family was upset with how far back they were and wanted closer seats that they didn't pay for. They were up and down until they stepped on my foot trying to exit the row, again, and then didn't return. Had to yell at some tweens who would not stop taking and being loud (a section next to me, behind and in front of me. They must have been together.) They had a selfie light on their phone and were shining it at people and I told them to shut it off. Their ushers need to crack down on people in the cheap seats being loud and obnoxious. I'd love it if they made this show 16-18+. One guy had a stroller and a giant bouncy ball at the show and was literally bouncing it with his toddlers by the blackjack tables as we tried to exit the show. Visited March 2023. read more

I got to say I was pretty surprised at how cool this was and I'm glad I came to watch it with a few friends. We had a party of seven and it was enjoyable for every one of us. The place might not be that large but the vibe here is on point. So many people were dancing and moving during these memorable songs. The dancers here also put in so much hard work and their routines were fun and great. They did put a lot of different songs from way back in his early years to the later parts. It all came together with such a nice flow. So if you are a Michael Jackson fan why not check this place out in Vegas? read more

It's a great entertaining show - highly energetic, fast pace, great costumes and good staging/lighting effects. Dances are well choreographed. Dancers had good facial expressions, were fluid in their moves and had rhythm. It made you feel like getting up to dance. Any seat in the theatre has unobstructed views so it really doesn't matter where you sit. I recommend seats as close to the center because the dancers' poses are focused there. I sat in the VIP section and as you can see from the map, it's not centered. Look at the theatre map before purchasing your seats. read more

Look, the performers worked their collective butt's off. The choreography was super. Why a 4?? We expected Michael's songs. What we got is a rock concert. "Michael" was FABULOUS!!!!!!!!! I would give him an 11. Couldn't believe his moves and looks. This was a Christmas gift for my Michael Jackson wife who was looking for his songs, not a hard rock venue. read more

Wow! He dances AND sings! He is not all strict and uptight, he is a real personality and knows what and where he is at. Very grateful performer. Funny and surprising at other times. This show was in the Strat Casino. It is a smaller venue so every seat is a good seat. His show is very energetic and he walks back and forth performing a lot. Budget at the most $100 for close seats. No servers but there is a full bar right outside of venue. read more

Took the family and friends to go see MJ Live last night at the Sahara Las Vegas. It was a total blast. I have seen most of the shows in Vegas and this is one of the best shows. And, to boot, the price is reasonable. Jallas did a fantastic job impersonating Michael Jackson. The music, beats, band, and dancers are just all so amazing. Several weeks ago, we saw "Michael Jackson - ONE" at the Mandalay Bay and thought that was very good. However, after watching MJ Live, this was the better of the two shows. The stage and seating are very intimate. Bass and music really pop. There is not a bad seat in the house. At the end of the show, all of us were standing and jamming to Billy Jean and Beat it! Unbelievable entertainment. After the show, we took photos with Jallas. After we purchased the photo, he took the time to sign it and allowed us to take more photos with him. We definitely will tell our friends as to how great this show is. Indeed, we will be returning again to watch him perform. Absolutely entertaining! read more

From the second it starts, it feels like organized chaos in the best possible way. The crowd work is absolutely ruthless but also hilarious. You spend half the time laughing and the other half quietly hoping you do not make eye contact. Somehow, they walk that perfect line where it is edgy without being awkward. The side acts are insane. Like, how is this even physically possible level talent. Every time you think it cannot get crazier, it does. It is part circus, part comedy show, part did I just witness that moment. And the Gazillionaire is the perfect ringmaster for it all, completely unhinged in the most controlled way possible. He keeps everything moving, keeps the crowd on edge, and somehow makes chaos feel like it is exactly on schedule. Going with a close friend made it even better. There is something about sharing those did that really just happen looks the whole night that makes it stick. If you are in Vegas and want something that is actually memorable and not just expensive for no reason, this is it. Easily one of the best shows on the Strip.

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

Many reviews of the bigger shows said the performers had been doing it for so long that they looked like they were just going through the motions.. that the acts were unimpressive.. that the theater was so big you could only see the tricks on a screen, or that it was overpriced. After all my research, I'm SO glad I decided on Frederic -- the bride said this magic show was her favorite part of the trip!! (and we went to Tao dayclub the day before lol) :) I love that it was in a small, intimate theater, so that you were up close no matter where you sat. And there was SO much audience interaction -- our bride even caught a frisbee and got to go on stage -- which was fun and helped make it even more special for her. The mentalism was such a cool departure from traditional physical magic tricks -- we all loved it and had many *gasp* moments. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop wondering how he was doing any of it. Mat Franco is probably best known for winning Season 9 of America's Got Talent and now performs his residency, Magic Reinvented Nightly, at The LINQ in Las Vegas. I don't want to say too much because part of the fun is experiencing it for yourself. What I loved most was how much he interacted with the audience. It didn't feel like he was just performing at the crowd. He involved people throughout the show and made the entire room feel part of the experience. Every time I thought I had something figured out, another trick would happen and completely change my mind. Seeing magic on TV is one thing, but seeing it happen right in front of you is mind-blowing. If you've ever been curious about magic or wanted to see a Vegas show that's different from the typical concerts and productions, I would definitely recommend this one. I left amazed and still thinking about some of the tricks afterward.

Absinthe's poster really gives you a better idea of what you are going to see, whereas Atomic Saloon's poster looks more akin to a unisex Thunder Down Under when it's really more R-rated Hee Haw. From the Irish dancers with questionable teeth (when the bread started flying I could not stop laughing!) to the various aerial feats displayed, Atomic Saloon has a little bit of everything though it's not for the faint of heart--several people in our section left a few minutes into the show. As much fun as we had, the seats on the second floor are not great and you end up missing some of the action. Even more disappointing was that there were quite a few empty seats on the main level, and it would have made for an even better show if we had been given the opportunity to move forward like we did at OPM, another Spiegelworld show that used to run at Cosmopolitan.

The dancers and singers were all so good, you can tell they really love what they do. There's funny moments too and some really cool storytelling mixed in, so it keeps you entertained the whole time. I really liked how everything flowed together one minute you're laughing and the next you're just amazed by the performances. If you're visiting Vegas or even live here, I def recommend checking it out. It's one of those shows that makes you remember why Vegas is so special. Totally worth it!

The theater is small and narrow, so if you're in the last rows you might miss some of the little details and performances happening on stage. Absolutely spectacular! This is hands down the best show in Vegas…read more My family and I booked this show for a Saturday night with no knowledge of what it would be like and were simply amazed. We had seen the Cirque du Soleil Show "O" before and this just does not even compare. I recommend getting seats in the center, facing the middle of the stage, as close to the front row as possible. Sitting in this section immerses yourself into the show. Logistically, this is a great venue. It is located in Treasure Island. It is in the back of the casino. Although there are signs throughout the casino leading you there, it is quite easy to get turned around on your way there. Once you find it, it is simple to enter. Use the restroom before you get in though because it is located outside of the theater! We arrived around 20 minutes prior to showtime and had no wait at all to enter. They offer commemorative photos for purchase, which we declined. There was no security which surprised me. There were no metal detectors or bag searches. Inside the theater, there is a large concessions stand with snacks and drinks. Even close to show time, there was no line there either. They have a lot of staff available to guide you to your seats - it's very efficient. The seats were actually very comfortable. They were soft, spacious, and had a lot of leg room. Even though there were no lines for anything, you absolutely need to get there early. The "show" starts before is set time as there is a comedic character that hilariously interacts with the crowd. This is a must-see and had everyone cracking up with the unexpectedness of it. The show itself is pure spectacle. It is a bizarre exhibition of talent and creativity. You will see everything from trapeze, contortion, acrobatics, dance, balancing acts, comedy, and live music from an orchestra, band, and singers. Seeing these athletes push the limits of what the human body can do in such a beautiful manner is incredibly thrilling. The costumes are beautiful and the sets are amazing. Every scene change and act is so unexpected and really leave you at the edge of your seat. You quite literally have to keep your eyes peeled open to make sure you don't miss anything. There are so many different things happening at once all across the stage, on the floor, the ceiling, and even along the walls and walkways of the audience. There is no clear plot so you may find yourself sitting there trying to figure out what it all means. Some people may find this boring but it truly makes the whole thing more fascinating. There is an obvious intention behind every little thing, it is just unclear what it is. It is truly a mystery. I have recommended this show to everyone I know and I would love to see it again!

Logistically, I had to pick up the tickets at will call, and when I arrived 35 minutes before show time, the line to get in was already snaking through the casino. While I panicked a little, the line moved super fast when they opened the doors. I didn't need to get into that long line. An important thing to remember, if you pick up your tickets at Will Call, you need some ID and the credit card you used to buy them. I was lucky I bought them online the night before, while I was already in Vegas, but I often use a different credit card when buying from home. So to cum up, depending on your taste, this show represents the original Cirque du Soleil concepts, and that's what you'll see.

Seemed very annoyed at being asked where the restrooms were. Snotty blokes. They need to be in housekeeping where they do not have contact with the public. Their attire was much too tight, left nothing to the imagination. We would visit this theater again due to the fabulous gentleman at the concession stand, the manager on duty, and the cleanliness of the theater seats."

If you have the Regal Crown Club membership (it's free to sign up) and go on Tuesdays, popcorn is 50% off regular prices. What I appreciate most: plush leather seats, plenty of legroom, a clear view, and the fact that they have concessions and a full bar. Yes a full bar! What I don't appreciate: the sky-high prices. We paid $47.98 for two adults just to get in, and food, snacks, and drinks can easily tack on another $50 unless you bring your own flask. And without fail, there's always someone in the theater who can't behave. Once it was a drunk woman yelling at the screen and her boyfriend. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

The employees are usually pretty friendly. The concession stand is always speedy in popping all the great popcorn! I love the smell of the fresh popcorn!! The theaters are always clean and well maintained. Some of the theaters have recliners in them with a button to sprawl out. Ticket pricing, even during matinee, was pretty high as well. 2x adults and a young child, around $50. The theater is also on the complete opposite side of the casino from the garage so you have to walk through the entire floor and deal with cigarette smoke. All of the staff were very neutral and dry. No was one smiling, no one seemed happy but they were polite. Overall: The experience is nice with some opportunity to make it great. The higher pricing would be alright for an outstanding experience but it's just not there.

I went to go see The Mandalorian and Grogu tonight and here is my takeaway from tonight: - The theater feels really clean and relatively new. The chair was very comfortable (no heater in the chair though) and the recline went further back than most places that I can recall. - The food service was interesting. I decided to go traditional and just get a large popcorn and a large Diet Pepsi (yea, yea I know :P). The price wasn't too bad at all for $9.75 for both. I am still unclear on how to get a refill on the drink though. I do appreciate that the servers did not disrupt the movie at all. I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.
