And the news of that need only came after an e-mail from us checking on progress. Very disorganized. Asked for documents that she already had and never, ever followed up after writing "sent to underwriter for review." Communication was always intentionally vague and curt, and we felt ourselves a nuisance for reaching out and trying to be proactive because of short, uninformative responses.
