Beware - My neighbor hired Express Tree Service to cut down a tree on their property. They…read morebrought their crane and trucks onto my property without my permission and did the entire job there while I was at work. In the process they cracked my driveway in several places, stained my driveway from all the fluids leaking from their trucks, killed a section of my lawn from fluids leaking from their truck, put ruts in my yard from driving on my grass, damaged my fence, left wood chips in my mulch beds, and didn't put back the items they moved. They left the job without saying anything about all the damage they caused. As soon as I discovered it, I called and talked to the owner Craig. He said they would send a crew in the morning to cleanup and then get someone to repair the damage to the driveway they caused. They did show up the next morning, but didn't even cleanup 1/2 the mess they left. Craig then strung me along for several days about the driveway and refused to provide me with his insurance information or the name of the contractor he was going to use to repair the driveway. Craig made several unprofessional comments and statements as I was trying to get things resolved, including trying to place the blame for the damage they caused on my neighbor. Then I received a call from Bernard at Express Tree, he said he was the salesman that sold the job. He also tried blaming my neighbor and said they my neighbor was responsible for the damage Express Tree caused to my property. Then he said that Express Tree was refusing to fix any of the damage they caused.
