I used FNH for a year with no problems, and the rates were the best value I found at that time. I gave 4 stars because I was told my service rate would increase $10/week due to my backyard requiring a smaller push mower to complete the job a month after my services should have resumed. This should have been discussed before the mowing season resumed, but I only learned of it when I returned home to an overgrown yard after being away for all of April.
