Very impressed with Tree Services Now. They are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to work with the client. The Service showed up, on the appointed day, to remove 2-70+foot trees. Angelo and his crew were absolutely great to work with. They really performed as a well-oiled machine, fast efficient, and professional. They treated my property with care, as well as my neighbors. The foreman really knew just what to cut and where. I was worried about limited access to my backyard, but Angelo assured me that they had an 80-foot bucket that only required a three-foot width and damned if they didn't! We had a 100' pin oak that was dead. Angelo at Tree Service Now is the man to call! His staff was friendly and responsive. Angelo was out to view the situation and give a quote right away. His quote was less expensive than other services, but moe importantly, he has the excellent equipment that the others just do not have: 85' crawler lift to get up high without any damage to the landscaping, top notch tree cutters and ground crew handling everything. We are blown away by this amazing tree company. The owner, Angelo, had great communication with us. These guys were all stars when taking down two HUGE trees in our yard. Our one tree was very (scarily) close to our house and was enormous. They took it down with no problem, nothing touched our house or our deck in the back. They had lots of equipment but took great care in our lawn. They laid down boards to drive everything on, even moved the boards when they had to maneuver the equipment so they wouldn't touch our grass. We asked if they would leave part of the tree for firewood and they did with no problem and even cut it up for us. ( other companies we looked into wanted to charge us more or told us no because " it was too much work"). Tree Service now was happy to accommodate us at NO EXTRA COST or complaining of the work. They showed up on time. They cleaned up our yard and made it look better than when they got there. If you are looking for a tree service company, I can not recommend Tree Service Now Inc. more. Tree Service Now, This needs to be mentioned!!! Excellent Service and very Friendly crew, I've used Tree Service Now for years, they are on time and do perfect work. Each time I have had tree's removed you will not even know they were here, no mess to clean up ever when they leave, the yard is cleaned up better after they leave then when they arrived. I have now just used Tree Service Now for tree trimming (first time) and I cannot believe how great the tree looks now, I can get another 10 years from my Magnolia. I was really excited about hiring this company to remove a tough tree for us. They gave us a decent quote. I went to my credit union and withdrew the money I needed. They showed up the morning of the removal only to tell us that they under quoted us. It was over a $500 difference. That's a severe under quote. Maybe not to some people, but to me, I was furious. I tried to negotiate since it was so drastic, but they would not budge. Sorry, they lost my business. Even if another company quotes us higher, I will not use them. Bad business etiquette. So, if you hire them, be sure to get at least 2 estimates or be prepared to pay more money. read more
