So, when I needed some more shirts, he was the first person that I thought of. I dropped off two shirts that I had purchased else where for them to be embroidered. I was shocked when he said that it would be $10 for the two shirts. He told me they'd be done in a few days and they were! This is the only place we can purchase the shirt and it is not cheap. I ordered my shirt online and was told it could be delivered to my home. I paid and extra 9$ fee for this service, then was told it can't be delivered and I had to pick it up. When I picked up the shirt the embroidery was sloppy and some letters were unable to make out. When I called to ask about the mistake I was told to bring the shirt in. When I arrived the manager (Linda Ross) was having a phone call.... about me... (she clearly stated, "the customer I was telling you about is here now"). Then she proceeded to tell me that she did not make me buy the shirt my school did. She told me she agreed the stitching was bad, but when I asked for a smaller size after trying on the shirt she stated, "oh so that's the real reason you are returning the shirt" I pointed out again to her how sloppy the twitching was and even compared it to another students shirt and just thought if it does have to be redone why not get a better fitting size since we had to order the shirt blindly. She conducted herself unprofessionally, was very rude, inconsiderate, and told me she would see what she can do and will see if she can fix the shirt as is and it would be another 3 weeks. Also I never received a refund for the delivery fee.
