After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. None of the work on the deck was to code after repeatedly calling and texting with specific photos and videos to Mr. Santiago of all that needed to be done to bring it to code and code compliance written into the signed contract. The deck lacked flashing against the house in multiple places, the stairs were uneven and crooked, the railings were not to code, boards were cut unevenly, etc. Bottom line is we are left with a bigger mess than we started with and now have to completely tear up what was done incorrectly and pay a new builder to redo the deck without any refund from Mr. Santiago.
