Mike was awesome, we just moved into our house and promptly misplaced all of the keys in a moving box somewhere in our maze of boxes. We decided to rekey all of the deadbolts and they had the opportunity to play with the front door lock (patent 1900). I was very pleased with the job and their sense of humor. Mike even came out again because our front door handle wouldn't turn and we learned it has an old door knob lock. He cleaned out the lock and our formerly lost key (which we found later that evening) could open the door. Gave us some advice and if we ever get locked out or in need of a new lock, he's the man! MJB came out at 7 o'clock in the morning the night after I had made the request. I needed to have locks rekeyed after an eviction. They are polite. The work took about one hour and 15 minutes. I had six Rekeys with a key and one re-key without a key. I also had six keys made. The service charge was $50. The total amount came to $201. I'm a very happy customer. Came rapidly to fix a broken deadbolt on my home door that was not easily removable. (Not your basic screwdriver knockout) Ended up replacing 2 door locks and 2 deadbolts and aligning my door and hinges (per my request - not Mike trying to sell me anything) I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the work and his rate was VERY reasonable compared to another locksmith I had contacted.
