We had a great experience working with Jose and his team. And we had such a beautiful outcome from their texture, drywall and paint job. They painted our whole condo, ceilings, walls, doors, and baseboards. Jose doesn't let imperfections on walls slide. His texture job to fix bad drywall work previously done in three of the rooms was amazing. You can't tell at all where the imperfections used to be. After him and his team textured, primed, painted, and fixed the drywall we feel like we have a brand new place. His care for our walls changed the whole look and feel of the home, making it look beautiful, bright and inviting. He even helped us by connecting us to a contact of his, Marcos, to install recessed lighting and then did all the touch up work to make the ceilings look flawless. This company deserves 10 stars! We hired them to replace our entire kitchen ceiling and I could not be happier with them from beginning to end. They answered my first call, came that day to assess the project, quoted me that night and started the job a day earlier than expected. The crew was extremely respectful of our space and kept the rest of our home clean during the project. They told me the job would take 2 days and they were right! Job was complete in 2 days and they did a perfect job. This company goes above and beyond and recommended the best primer and print for us since we were planning on singing the drywall that they installed. Jose and his helper painted my entertainment center. It was solid wood with an original dark wood finish and I wanted to lighten things up a bit in the living room. I got several quotes and Jose offered the best price and was the most responsive. When it started raining he covered everything up and moved things into my garage and we had to wait a few days for the weather to clear so it wouldn't damage the wood. I hired Jose & Marvin to paint the interior of a 2 story house after getting three quotes. Jose's quote was the most reasonable and he was able to start at a time I wanted. Jose showed up on time and started prepping the place. I appreciated the fact that he took all the switch and outlet plates off before painting. The place was kept clean throughout the days he was there. Next day, showed up on time as well. I also appreciated his input on the coloring. I had initially wanted a darker color but he recommended a lighter one for the smaller spaces (closet, toilet) and it turned out for the better. After getting tons of quotes from painters to paint our entire home, we chose Jose and his team. His price was competitive with a couple others, but what made Jose stand out was his eagerness to gain our business and even help patch multiple drywall areas that were cut out by an electrician. He promised to do a great job, protect our floors, carpets and everything else and he absolutely delivered on his promise! He was there with us to pick out paint colors and very patient as we decided on the color. Throughout the time as he painted the inside, he kept me in the loop and provided great suggestions. For example, we had decided not to paint the doors and frames, as it was not in our budget. But since we had selected Ultra Pure White and the doors and frames were previously painted Swiss Coffee, he noticed that not repainting them would make them look dirty. He was 100% right. Any other painter would have made this same suggestion and then charge an outrageous price knowing they have us in an advantageous situation. But Jose provided an exceptionally reasonable price for this extra work and didn't take advantage of us financially! His honesty, great work, and reasonable price is the reason I'm calling him for all paint work from now on! Where do I start? Would I hire Jose and Marvin again? ABSOLUTELY! I hired them to make my 2600 square feet two story house look like a new home. They are very skilled and professional workers. It all started with removing a 700 square foot wood patio cover and a side shed. Jose showed up on time and went to work. They did the demolition and removal of all the wood. Next they started on preparing the outside of the house for painting. I told Jose I wanted Quality work and that is what I received. Jose communicated every step of the way. All issues found were communicated ASAP. Marvin did excellent wood work. They replaced four large post that were rotting on the front porch.They replace all rotted fascia. Finally they prepared and painted the exterior of the house. They painted the garage door. The neighbors have given us excellent complements on the new look of the house. It looks like new. Next they started on the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. These rooms barely survived three boys growing up and rough housing. They repaired all the holes in the walls and doors. They removed quite a bit of wallpaper. They painted all walls, closets, doors, and cabinets. I cannot be more happier how the upstairs turned out. When they finished painting the upstairs. I hired them to paint a condominium while we moved our belongings back upstairs. Once again excellent work by Jose and Marvin. Finally they started to prepare the downstairs for painting.
