After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." They are honest, very down to earth and speak to you in very simplistic terms to help you understand your car. Also loving the fact that the shop is female owned! Like took off all 4 wheels and everything. They gave me an extensive list of stuff that was wrong. Ok, whatever. But when they were fooling with the wheels and brakes, they totally let a bunch of air into my brake lines. It was like major spongy brake pedal after that and they were fine before. Almost hit somebody on my way home. I called and asked them what the heck and they were like, of course, oh no, we don't know nothin' bout that. So I can't bleed the brake lines myself and had to get a mobile mechanic to come bleed them which costs more than the freaking oil change which was also pretty expensive, $120.00.

I purchased a new Set of Nitto tires @ $2,000 for the set from Mcroberts tire center in April of…read more2025. Now in November, my tires were recalled by Nitto. After coming to McRoberts to try and get the issue taken care of, I was told only 1 tire would be replaced under recall. When voicing my concern about putting 1 new tire with 3 used, Hatch, the owner, said he understands my concern but unless the other tires showed any signs of manufacture issues or defects, that he would not replace them. He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic. You can miss this place depending on what direction you are coming from and the morning traffic near there is busy.
