He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

My husband tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this resulted in us having things messed up, property destroyed, and out a huge amount of money. He refused to follow instructions. They change the address around to fool people. They did a small portion of the work order. It's not bad, but I had to babysit them to get it done! The attorney general is getting a complaint.
