I was honestly overwhelmed (in a very good way) as I watched them the entire night. It was certainly one of the major highlights of the night as they captured EXACTLY what I wanted: Lux fine dining experience. Melanie is "the" consummate professional and brings with her a lot of experience from the hospitality industry which I appreciated. She asks questions to ensure that you get exactly what you want and then more. We had certain cultural norms which she was unaware of, she asked about them and on the day of adhered to those norms. Her motto also is that none of her team members should be standing idle and must be doing something! Which is what happened. Her servers were very professional and worked the crowd seamlessly and never in the way and always present at the right time. Great attitude and I loved that their body language read "happy to be here!" Her team we nicknamed the "A" team!:) The caterer was all praises for her team members as the caterer said they were humble, willing to assist in any way possible and were a great asset on that day. At the end of the night, I saw Melanie doing a debrief with the team, doling out instructions on what should be done. Melanie, on behalf of my family, I extend our heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude for treating our event with significance and importance as it meant a lot to us. Being a COVID bride was beyond rough, but people like Melanie with MK Bartending and Event Services truly made our wedding experience ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! One of the last things we had planned was the bartenders and alcohol for our big day... it just completely slipped from our mind! We were starting to get discouraged when we started hunting for a vendor who met all the requirements that are venue needed, while also fitting within our budget. Working with Melanie was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding! My husband and I are not from Texas and we planned our wedding from Pennsylvania. Melanie right away was extremely helpful with the initial planning. She took the time to have phone calls with us and answer any question that we had. During the planning phases leading up to the event, Melanie was extremely responsive to our event vision, signature drink ideas and day-of coordination concerns. Her follow-up with impeccable and quote for services was very budget-friendly. We hired MK for bartending and day-of event assistance for entire weekend full of events. Both Jackie and Melanie were on the ball with anticipating drink needs, remembering drinks specific to individuals, anticipated drinks that were in danger of running low and even made a special grocery store and liquor store run to ensure we were taken care of, when there was a lull in activity.
