In the video, it featured translucent prints which I thought were sooo cool and unique! Micheal (the owner) was easy to work with and flexible as we were planning our wedding. We solely communicated through email. Though 8Bit might be on the pricer side of the photobooth market, I think it was worth every penny! Our guests had a lot of good things to say, experiencing the photobooth from the translucent print and the culturally inclusive props such as boba, baos, rice cooker and more! I loved how we were able to personalize our photobooth experiences for our guests, especially creating our own design with our names to match the theme of our wedding. We did get a free upgrade to the Glam-Air photo booth, which was super nice of Michael to do! With the Glam-Air, it included an interactive digital mirror for guests to check themselves out before getting their photo taken that we wished our guests used! But due to our venue being outside at night and the line formation our guest didn't get to interact with it All in all, I would highly recommend 8BitPhotobooth for your next event! Kris placed the logo we gave him of my daughter's name at the bottom of the photo strip and they really came out great. It's not cheap but it's well priced. They send somebody with the Photo Booth that operates everything and gives you tips that really make a difference. The guy Kris sent never left the Photo Booth (not even to use the bathroom) I kept offering him food and he was so profesional that he never left his work station and made everybody feel comfortable. If you can afford it, don't think about it. Book it and you will have amazing pictures that will last you a life time.

We hired Long Beach Photo Booth for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better experience…read more Tony was a pleasure to work with, he was super accommodating and everything went off without a hitch. Our guests all had a blast with the photobooth and everything was worry free from start to finish! While we also had a photographer, having the booth set up was great as it allowed people a chance to loosen up and take some fun photos over the course of the night as the mood struck. And the booth popped doubles of the photos so our guests got to take home a strip, but we also got to keep a strip to help commemorate all the fun little moments that were happening over the course of the night. After the event, Tony also emailed us a link to a digital drop box where we could all access digital copies of all the photos. With the benefit of hindsight I can definitely say that getting a photo booth was a great decision and going with Long Beach Photo Booth was an even better one!

Reasonable priced photobooth....YES!…read more But actually a 1.5 star and definitely not recommending them. Communication, lacking, booked 2 months in advance and Danny said he would have a print sample for me with in the "week". Well I didn't get the sample till 10 days before my event date. I also, messaged him early in January to confirm if we were good to go and when he can provide the print, well it got to the point where I had to message him through yelp, not cool. Yes, everyone is busy, everyone has their own thing going on, but as a business owner, acknowledge your customer. I shouldn't constantly have to text you and send you a yelp message. The day of, Carlos was our booth attendant, the setup time was rushed and a bit late, however I was told they would arrive an hour before start time. No issues with him. My issue is with the print. The sample provided and what was printed was off. My daughter's theme colors were maroon, GOLD and white! Not maroon, YELLOW and white. And no, it's not the damn same color. The printed text for the photobooth printouts were so light, unreadable and not the gold color text like the sample, it was YELLOW. The photobooth attendant agreed when I told him wth, the print is so light and I can't even read it but he said there was nothing he can do. So as I told Danny the next day, maybe next time he should do an actual printed print sample beforehand. I would have rather paid the extra $25-$50 more and got quality prints. I got jipped, my daughter pictures were just a faded text of yellow ugliness. And yes, I'm being extra, this was her Sweet 16, not a "hey lets have a kickback just because party". Fyi, their props were also subpar from all other photobooth companies I've encountered.

Smile Big showed up early for the event and had everything set up ahead of schedule. They were also very nice in accommodating the long line at the booth after the designated stop time. The photo booth was solid and the pictures came out quickly. There was a screen on the outside of the box that would rotate through all the photos that have been taken that day which was nice. Selection of props was good also. Overall wonderful experience. Nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a no hassle, good quality phtoto booth for their event.
