Also they provided a guest book album where guests stuck their pictures from the Photobooth and wrote a message for us. Richard took my sister's pregnancy photo that I was using for her baby shower and created a coordinating border for the photobooth picture printouts with the words I wanted printed on it. He give me lots of options to choose from, so if you don't want it to match to your theme/invitations, he is up for creating whatever you want. The pricing was incredibly reasonable. If it's higher than anything else you have looked at, it's probably because they offer much higher quality. Since my sister missed her baby shower because her water broke only hours before the party started, she loved the fact that she was able to see all the pictures taken. The Photobooth was a hit, our guests loved it! And there is no need to purchase props because they come prepared with plenty of fun things that anyone would like. I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages. Ten months later, I still sent yet another email... and still no response from Adam or anyone from this company. I still have not received the videos or any word about them. I'm going to assume my daughter will never hear the happy sweet sixteen messages from her guests that we paid for as part of the package. Nor will they tell us what happened to them or apparently offer restitution for not giving us this portion of our package. I wish I can even get the tip back because I feel so disappointed with them. I waited to write this review hoping they would rectify the situation. As they still have not, I decided to share about my experience in case others are trying to decide between AV Photobooth and another photo booth company.

Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us.
