That delayed it a week. Then the installer didn't have a guy show up. My friend ended up 'helping' for 3 days. The baseboards were the wrong height, and they didn't have people available to install. I'm told that they can't install any taller than 4 1/2 inch baseboards because their saw blades won't cut it and it requires a carpenter. Now the carpet part is delayed a day. I've called multiple times, was promised call backs, and was ghosted. I'm trying to get the house ready to sell. I don't need a "discount." I need to have this professionally installed. If it means avoiding Home Depot to avoid this company, do it

He did everything in his power to get the lowest price possible and was honest with us every step of the way. Definitely recommend Big Bob's and specifically Jakob! I also should mention the speed, efficiency, and honesty of their carpet contractors - One of them accidentally broke a glass ceiling light cover while bringing the tools in and, without pause, ran off to Lowe's to grab us a new one (on them obviously).

I just want to match the flooring sample I have with the one available at store, it's hardly 5 mins work. I arrived at 5:52pm and the store is closed already. This is very irresponsible customer service from Ryan. I drove 35 mins to visit the store and he closed it 10 mins early even though he knew I was coming. I did business with Big Bob's Store at Colraine avenue and they were very sweet. I would not recommend this highland Avenue store if you care about receiving a good customer service.

Two years later back-and-forth back-and-forth and now they are not even taking my calls. I've given them everything they asked for pictures, a report from a certified flooring inspector that I had to pay for myself. But yet I'm still sitting here with floors that have large gaps in them from the floor just moving around so much. I have pictures. I have the receipt from the flooring inspector $375. I'm not made of money. That was our grocery bill for that month. I've had to buy area rugs to cover my floors because it's embarrassing. And let me tell you here this started happening less than six months after they installed the floor. DO NOT HIRE EMPIRE TODAY. They do not stand behind their product.
