My friends ordered separately as a family, so their order was even later than mine. My friends were so frustrated and hungry that they went to the counter to cancel and get a refund. They were told the food would be out shortly. It was finally brought out a few minutes later. The staff seemed extremely young and inexperienced. It was clear they were overwhelmed. The entire time we were waiting, no one approached our table to give us a heads up about the wait or just to check in. It was clear that multiple customers were unhappy . Also, I was brought the wrong smoothie, but I was so hungry and annoyed by the time my food arrived that I didn't bother to have it corrected. I honestly didn't have the time to wait any longer.
