Above and Beyond is what you get from MK3. I went in for a $65 quoted job plus parts. I walked out the door with what I asked for plus a tune up and more for $50. I will be brining in a few more guns for some fine tuning and reliability checks as well and some sight changes. Good thing they are only open for 4 hours on Friday for walk ins. I have used these guys previously and had no real pressing issues with there services but as of late I assume due to some new income they have become totally arrogant and snobbish in reference to completing work in a timely fashion...I hired them to do some work on my Kimber and after approx. 2 weeks I called to see what had been done and to get an estimated completion date...Instead of providing me with the requested info I was told that they have lots of other work,,That since they own the business they can do what they want, When they want in any time frame they deem appropriate and that I was actually stressing him out by even asking him for this information...These idiots have totally forgotten the fact that the customer is always right and since I am the customer and they operate the business they actually work for me and not the other way around and if a customer just asking when the work will be completed is stressing them out they need to find a new line of work outside of a customer service occupation...I will never use these idiots again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
