I do know they offer a 10% military (and probably LEO discount) so it all evens out I guess. BUT what sets this place apart is the staff, knowledgeable, professional , engaging and NOT just there to sell you something quickly and move you out for the next customer . Always a quality experience whether I make a large purchase, bring something in for repair or just browse. I also found out they sponsor a youth marksmanship team.... I had called ahead (and spoke to Andy) and it was still an absolute waste of time. I have only ever had bad experiences here and with so many better options in the city, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not in a particularly great location on Highland near downtown, the range is older and poorly ventilated, the people behind the counter are purely salesmen and don't seem knowledgeable on what they're selling (or trying to buy) at all, and I think you're just better off going elsewhere to spend your money.

I usually look at gun stores for reputations and INTEGRITY. As you try to muddy the conversation with the GCA and unnamed state laws that you do not quote. Such as if Arizona had a law against the sale then reply with the Arizona Revised Statute. Arizona and Nevada do not regulate the long gun purchases as long as the 4473 is ran , and the purchaser does it in-person.
