Well the first big snowfall we had was on a Monday. After a day my son contacted them to see when they expected to get to my house. After many excuses and lies they still had not showed up and I had to do it myself on Saturday morning. That's 5 days after the snow fall. Then the gaf the odasity to come past my house that evening, take a picture of what I did, send it to my son and claim they cleared it. Wow... nothing but lies and deception. They have no workers but more than 10 office staff, Don't know for what purpose. We had spent more than 30 thousand dollars behind their fake professionalism and it has left our beautiful property looking like a scrapyard. Working for last 6 months they did nothing and their professional workers left them due to their management. Jennifer and Barry are two so-called directors who approached us as managers later they become directors on one fine morning. Except for workers they have 4-5 directors who also change from time to time. If you don't find any contractors for work do yourself that would be better than paying this company. They may now reply that they will take legal action against us. My answer is "Bite me" . I have been forgiving and understanding for the past 6 months (Project was supposed to be finished in 3 months) but now I'm done! Stay away...
