Jennifer and Barry are two so-called directors who approached us as managers later they become directors on one fine morning. Except for workers they have 4-5 directors who also change from time to time. If you don't find any contractors for work do yourself that would be better than paying this company. While doing yard work I noticed my basement window had been damaged. You can see it was new clean break. Called T @ N. Owner Tim promptly called me back. Explained what I saw. He then asked me if I proof. I wasn't out there watching the employees work but obviously I should have been. Anyone with common courtesy and respect would have come & told me what happened. Owner Tim said he would NOT file an insurance claim without proof. Pretty shady and deceptive. I reminded him that his staff was on MY property installing the fence. Blasting their radio all day long & I never complained. He then said he would not continue our conversation on the "Lord's Day" since I was hostile. To which I replied that's not very Christian like. Really? You're going to use that Christian garbage & then refuse to repair my damaged property. Owner Tim then started talking over me, said have a blessed day & hung up. Would never ever recommend this company to anybody. Deceitful & deceptive. No accountability for his employees carelessness.
