They did thousands of $ of fuel injector and wiring harness work and finally cleared the code (CEL). 500 miles later, the CEL comes back on. I call and tell them the situation, and they're happy to schedule an appointment for me. I ask about their warranty on their work, and the service guy say "he has to check," which I force him to do. Seconds later he's back telling me they only warranty to the "original owner." The "original owner/customer" is a dealer who resold the truck immediately. SO, they DON'T actually warranty their work, do they??? And they really just wanted me to schedule service so they could make more money on their failed repairs to this vehicle. Am I going to take this truck to a shop that doesn't stand behind their work? And one that had to see the truck 3 times before they actually fixed it... AND it's still not fixed? Do yourself a favor and take your truck somewhere else. Wentworth is a much better option IMO. Look at their 5 other google reviews with no details and make your own informed decision about the quality of this dealer.

He tells it to you straight without $ signs swaying his motivation. He genuinely wants to F - I - X your car. He always finds the best, least expensive way to do it. We aren't positive how we made him angry but he claimed when I spoke with him that we "rode his ass" and we are thus deserving of him verbally abusing me and my friend who was driving, cursing at me and otherwise being incredibly disrespectful. When I called his business I spoke with the woman who answers the phone who was polite. When I called the "owner" I said "Jeremy, are you driving in front of us right now?" He immediately began cursing and yelling at me. I feel as though this man is unpredictable and all we saw was rage in his face. I called to calmly deal with the issue as he blew his top. On top of that, he is the one who sped around us at an unsafe speed and yelled through his window at us for a while (this is how we realized he was angry with us) To our knowledge in the 3 minutes we had been on the road we were never behind a white work truck, and considering how irrational and erratic he was behaving I feel this is a issue that others thinking of using this business should be aware of.

But this is a truck place, and not only a truck place, but a diesel truck place. The mechanics have stubby fingers and grease stained coveralls. The place stinks of big powerful engines and oversized brakes. You don't greet a service manager warring a suit or wait in a room with popcorn and TV. You aren't told that to change your flat you need a 99.00 diagnosis ... and they don't hand you a slip of paper when they give you the bill saying they filled your widow wiper fluid, "have a great day." They just fix diesel trucks. I don't know whether they are smart enough to rip you off, wouldn't take much smarts with me, or whether they are just smitten with integrity, superb professionalism, and an honest work ethic. I kind of believe the latter. I love my 2005 cummins dodge. I love Advanced Diesel.
