I once had a management company before that would never do maintenance, but always charge me for things not done. Prime responds fairly quickly to maintenance needs. As a side note, I generally require the use of licensed contractors to do significant needed repairs, not their maintenance staff. I also require before and after photos of work that needs to be done and the finished results. This keeps the quality of work done at my houses at a high standard.
