They scammed me!…read more I'm extremely frustrated with my experience at LaserAway and feel like I need to warn others. I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point. If you're considering LaserAway, I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every session and communication, because clearly their internal tracking system is unreliable. I've send emails with no response back. Really disappointing experience.

The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to go get laser ( how is that even possible). When Brooke left I have not had the same technician twice. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office.

We had done our research and were amazed with his Polynesian style freehand tattoos and the work was stunning.
