Refused to do my treatment. She said I made her flustered because I had to reschedule my appointments due to work. I arrived to my rescheduled appointment and she told me to leave and that she wouldn't see me. Clearly she's not understanding of busy schedules and that I'm a paying customer who would have tipped her well. I will also add that I rescheduled my appointments within the allotted timeframes and grace period and was willing to pay extra for the understanding. I showed up to my appointment within a 15 minute grace period, because Florida just had a hurricane, and I woke up to a bunch of downed Palm branches in my front yard. I was hesitant about getting my brows done and I am sure you are too, that is why you are reading this review. Trusting someone to tattoo your face is a difficult decision, so I'll try to be as thorough as possible in helping you on your journey. I have very wimpy, uneven natural brows and after a domestic violence incident left me with a scar a few years back I became really subconscious. So that led me down the research path and eventually to Rachel at Bad Brow Co. and eventually my stunning new ombre brows. Here is my experience: Bad Brow Co is very active on social media. I followed her for about 6 months before I made my appointment online and was very impressed with her transparency and results. Rachel was very thorough leading up to my appointment, suggesting the ombre technique, advising dos and don'ts, and answering any questions. You can tell she is preparing for your visit ahead of time rather than scrambling at the last minute, ensuring your appointment isn't longer than necessary and your results are on point. Her studio looks EXACTLY like the photos. It's quiet, relaxing and extremely private. But most importantly, it's IMMACULATE. You can tell she takes all the laws very seriously and goes above the standard. During the service she explains every little detail, what she's going to do, what you're going to feel and what you'll see at various stages. She asks for your input and really listens to what you want. She is a very flexible perfectionist (just what I wanted!) and doesn't start tattooing until you both are comfortable with the outline. The table was comfortable, she was very pleasant to talk to about all kinds of things or I could be quiet and relax. And I did relax, it DID NOT HURT at all. Rachel went over all the aftercare instructions thoroughly and supplied the cleaning solution and balm plus a few little extras. Rachel took such great care with me, I never felt judged, uncomfortable, pressured, or rushed. And even though she had her work cut out with me, she did an excellent job. WAY above my expectations. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, wants you to look good, has a great eye for beauty and is a true artist. So as everyone else I was super scared to get my eyebrows micro bladed because it's permanent however I hated my eyebrow shape always felt it never fit my face, took me hours to make my eyebrows look somewhat like twins.
