Moises is an awesome trainer. I've leaned on trainers for over 20 years and done everything from CrossFit, Boxing, HIT, Cycle, and all sorts of Bootcamps. He's very knowledgeable about techniques and makes sure to prioritize good form, which is great because obviously you could hurt yourself if you're not doing it right. Recommend 100%! I've been training with Moises since April 2019. I've gotten stronger, which was my main goal. It also provided me an outlet to manage stress related to nursing. We train 3x/week: barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. Or we use dumbbells, TRX, kettlebell, and boxing when I need a break from intense heavy lifting. Found this little gem on my way to work. It has all the gym requirements of a shower, lockers and dope sound system. The pluses are the prices, on site personal training, parking( my biggest pet peeve is paying for parking) and the wide variety of workout equipment. A quick body weight routine one week, heavy weights the next or finish it off with a cardio kickboxing / boxing workout routine for those days you want to kick the crap out of someone but can't because of the legal consequences. Moises the personal trainer/owner has a ton of knowledge in fitness and hooked it up with a plan to reach my fitness goals. Dude seems cool too. Second, Moises got me stronger and fitter in one year than my 10+ years of training history combined (squat 340 for 5, deadlift 365 for 5, bench 230 for 5, overhead press 165 for 1, basic power clean form). I think the Moises Lopez at Undefeated Fitness has been a very effective trainer in helping me get in shape. My goals have been to lose weight, run faster, and build upper body strength, all of which the Moises helped me with tremendously. After looking at several different gyms and trainers I Eventually I signed up with Moises. Even within the first month I noticed the weight was coming off.
