We called Saturday morning and Emma was very busy, but was extremely nice and said she likes doing updo's and said she'd call back after work and said she'd be working late. I know why she was working late, she's very good and she sincerely wants to help everyone. The shop closes at 8 but she finished up at 8PM and called and said she'd fit Linda in at 1PM. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not be returning.

I tried calling multiple times to make an appointment, and was unable to get in contact with anyone. Finally, i went to the website and was able to book an appointment for lash extensions. This was done two weeks prior to my requested appointment. I got an email confirming the appointment, and the email further stated that if i did not show up, my card would be charged for the full amount. Well, i showed up for my appointment, and Iris was NOT EVEN OPEN! I waited for 30 minutes, and finally gave up. I called and left a message, as i did not want my card charged. I think it is so disrespectful to clients to allow online booking but to never confirm said bookings and then to FLAT OUT NOT SHOW UP. I am so disappointed, given the fact that i made this appointment specifically so that i could have lashes for my bachelorette party this week. I can't even comment on the quality of service because this place is so poorly run that i couldn't even get in the front door. So glad i drove in the rain and then waited like an idiot.
