I don't know where to start... but I'll start by saying I wish there was a 0 star option. My wife wanted to book a bridal trial appointment for our wedding before fully committing to them which is very standard practice. After a consultation call she booked the trial and paid a deposit of $126 and waited a few weeks. Few days before the day they decided to push it back another week. This happened 4 TIMES. It seems like they took on more clients instead of honoring her trial session. To make matters worse, She kept getting automated emails saying that the trial was still happening on the original date so it was super confusing. She called to get clarification and they wouldn't even give her a concrete answer of when she would be able to do the trial, so the MUA said she would confirm the next day. Next day rolls around and we don't hear anything from her. My wife waited two days and still nothing. So She just decided to text her and cancel the trial altogether and get a refund. Before the MUA even contacts my wife back she gets a email saying they cancelled the trial. Wouldn't the appropriate thing to do be to apologize or try to resolve the situation FIRST? How are you gonna book my wife and then just take another client over her? MULTIPLE TIMES! Anyways, this kind of behavior is unprofessional and insulting. read more

Milenka came and did my makeup before my husband and I took a few pictures. I showed her things I liked and looked very natural. I used it for the first time for my daughters first bday party. At first I was skeptical, but glad went with it. The make up artist (Kaitlyn) was amazing, she did a fantastic job exactly what I wanted if not better. The hair stylist was also good but a bit slow and my hair didn't stay put for the party so I was upset about that. But it did look great when she finished, again exactly what I wanted.
