I'm happy I found Bubble Truck Window Cleaning to clean the interior and exterior of my windows. Don't let the fun name fool you, because they are very serious and professional when it comes to making sure your windows are clean. They first do a walk through and call out concerns that they cannot resolve, such as broken seals or chemical stains. This helps level set expectations. Then they start. My house is 2,500 sq ft... they finished in about 90 minutes from arrival. The windows were left clean and the surrounding areas clean as well... nothing near the windows damaged or moved in wrong places. They also offer recurring customers discounts including off season discounts. Their truck is super fun and gets the attention of neighbors. I'm sure other reviews allude to how they do that... but I won't so it can be a fun surprise. It got the attention of a few other neighbors who are now looking to set up an appointment. He stated that the pictures did not show the slope of the terrain, and as a result, could not complete per the quote. In addition, please note, Adamant Exteriors is not a licensed business. They do not have a business license; which, sadly I did not realize beforehand. I expected, that if a company is listed on a google search and Yelp review, it is an actual business - licensed, bonded, and insured; paying taxes, social security, L & I to the state. Please take note, that if anyone climbs on your roof and falls, this will result in the liability of the homeowner! They are not insured to perform the work in which they are advertising. As a customer, I do not want to be put in a position in which I think I am working with a legitimate company, only to find out after I have written out a check to Adament Exteriors, that it actually needs to be for cash, as Adament Exteriors is not a licensed and bonded company. This is not acceptable. Apparently, one must actually look at the Washington State Department of Licensing to ensure someone who represents themselves as a business is an actual business.
