"Patrick responded to my call that my 9-yr old PC died by coming to my house within 30 min. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a new PC siting in my office. He suggested to take out the old hard drive from the old broken PC and install all data onto the new PC. This was straight forward. Unfortunately, the old hard drive deemed to be unreadable.
