I just started here this week and so far I like the place,its helped me feel less pain than I have in a long time. Everyone is friendly and I like the staff there,as someone who doesn't feel comfortable being touched my lower back feels better than it has when I use steroid shots for my pains. read more

Very fast call to go back, I've nvr waited more thn 5 minutes, ever, n if I show up half an hour early, (Ride Share) they will take me right to the back to get me started on early! No annoying loud tv or unruly ppl/kids to disrupt; They keep it nice n quiet, n PEACEFUL!! They most times play music like soft rock, or nature music , to enjoy, n boy do I enjoy it!! Always get u taken care of in the back n set up very fast as well, yer immediately given a gown to change into, they keep the lights low n u get a nice warm towel w a tens mach goin to town on yer achy back. This is followed up by a nice lil massage n u are soon given easy stretches that u can do to help at home once uv loosened up enough. They don't rush yer recovery ‍ either, they go at yer speed, what u say hurts, n they treat w specific care to target whatever yer body has decided to mess up for u . Professional, Caring, Concerned and pleasantly different...That's MML Physical Therapy here in Las Vegas. I wanted to take a moment to commend Karen Crawford, PT, MS, Owner and her staff for their service to our community in such a caring and comprehensive manner. It was busy when I arrived for my first visit with them in early May. However, I was assured that I would be attended to in a short time. That did happen. I could not believe how ornate and again, different the vibe of this office was compared to physical therapy offices where I was a patient. This office has a very non-medical feel to it and has a lot of really "cool" retro furniture and wall hangings. Just amazing!! This is a place where you are taken care of and where your voice is heard. Karen made sure to speak with me like a friend and not a 'client" when it came to my treatment modality and frequency. She is very down to earth and yes, she knows her "stuff". I received treatment by way of a tens unit and massage afterwards. I could not believe the reduction in my low back pain and tightness after that first session. It was exactly what I needed. I left the office with a definite spring in my step! When I got diagnosed with lymphedema I knew what it was and my circumstances for getting it. What I didn't know, was how to take care of my affected limbs. That's where MML comes in. From the minute you walk in, it's not the typical health facility. It's bright, cheery, and colorful. Karen and her staff are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain things. When I went to them the 1st time, I was taught very valuable things in order to help control my limbs from swelling. Was referred to this location and looked up reviews prior to coming in. I was impressed at first based on the reviews and the environment. Front staff was very unfriendly over the phone when I called in. They appeared to not want to help nor want my business. Turns out they also feel it's appropriate to hang up on customers as well. Even though I had bad service over the phone, I still gave these guys a chance. When I arrived everybody appeared to be friendly and courteous. To be honest I thought we all got along well. Only after the fact I found out they manipulated reports and notes on what I did. Turns out this practice appears to be patient friendly but they are actually Insurance friendly only. If you think about its the Insurance company that pays them, so their loyalty is with them. If I could help anyone in the future from avoiding this place do so. Run far away from these people. If you go for a FCE they will say nothing is wrong with you. They literally destroyed my family. Im am completely disabled and no way to support my family anymore. I was assigned here to do a FCE. I guess whoever pays for the report gets to hear whatever they want. Karen has the audacity to put down on my report that I am scared to go back to work or dont want to. First of all, I AM NOT 1 LAZY MF. i have never been in my whole life, im not a freeloader. Due to circumstances beyond my control, it is very difficult to do any kind of work. Karen, how can i fake a knee replacement? How can i fake a bad back, especially when i have a MRI and x-rays, etc. You hurt my back worse before i left by pushing my leg all the way back. How do you have the adacity to judge someone who you dont even know? How do you sleep at night that your hurting someone? I can go on longer, but it just bothers me knowing there are people out there to mess you up. IM NOT A FREELOADER. read more

I never made it into therapy. For 2 weeks they had all my information. I took the bus, four buses, walked a total of 2 mi. to the Tonopah location. Didn't take my pain medications because I was going to be evaluated, I thought. got lost, but finally found the office using my cane. I filled out 7 pages of questionnaire. At that time I was informed that I couldn't be seen there be because I have been seen at another therapist office. That was hard to take. It didn't really sink in until I was riding the bus home So, my complaint is not about the therapy. I am posting this for anyone who is going to go to the trouble of going to this appointment, call first and make sure that there are no problems. I hope your experience is better than mine. read more

Rebecca gives a great massage and she is extremely friendly. The front desk staff is also very friendly and competent. The physical therapist however acted like she was doing a favor to see me. They put you on one of those electric devices for pain that should be for 20 minutes (out of 45) but it would almost always take 30 minutes because they were too busy and many times would forget you there. Then Rebecca would massage for 5 to 10 minutes and ask: "Would you like to see Kim (the physical therapist) today?" Well, since I'm paying for physical therapy, I thought it was obvious that EVERY TIME I go there I have to see her without begging right????? It's kind of a ripoff... I've been to MML physical therapy many times. I have had therapy for a knee surgery and arthritic pain in both knees. I have found the staff and the physical therapist nothing but professional and extremely helpful. I won't go to any other physical therapy office as I have been completely satisfied with the results of their professional care. I love the new office as it is clean and lots of room to do whatever therapy I need to do without feeling crowded. I was referred here by my cancer surgeon for scar tissue and movement/pain - the staff here is beyond exceptional and the therapist are the same - beyond excellent! They are cutting edge when it comes to healing you- I've only been coming here for three weeks and I see a marked improvement-so much that I kick myself for not coming earlier or before when I have had surgery.
