The bms federal 50 is much higher quality and comes with an alarm system made just for that model For about 1500$ . I was charged about 100$ for an mmg helmet that lasted a year . A few weeks ago a friend from cycle gear knew I needed a new helmet so he bought me a sedici sistema II . They were on sale for 100$ original price is around 500$ aramid Kevlar built in sun glasses very very very nice helmet . If I would had known all of this boooy I wouldve been a happy camper . I love my jiajue mio to death it has sentimental value it reaches 40mph for some reason I don't know why. I put in a brand new variator kit just to replace the old worn one and it cut my speed in half and made my engine bog I don't know why but I used the old parts and the speed went right back up. I'm still shopping around for parts . My regulator rectifier is faulty after 2 years headlights have blown and weird things . I know how to work on these mopeds but I had to invest in some tools and tools aren't cheap . Their bore kits were 300$ then they went down to 150$ but when I asked how much it would cost if I bought the bore kit I wanted and had them install it it was going to be over 300$ . He said the work was done he just needed to put it back together. I got there to pick it up just as he was finishing. It started right up and sounded normal to me. I was ready to pay and go.
