She texted me with a time frame (7:30-11am) of when they'd arrive, a narrower time frame (8:30-9:30am) the day before, and then came on time the morning of. Excellent! Drop-off and setup was smooth, and they made the process easy. They told us they'd pick it up the morning after. They were super friendly and reliable. I love that they provide transparent pricing on their website -- makes it easy to decide right away if they're within your budget!
