So, about $700 later, still the issue isn't corrected. I again contacted the company and was told they would come back out, but they couldn't provide me with a date, only adding that it would likely be sometime next week. Then the technician and "Steve" came up with an outrageous price to adjust springs insisting that had to be done, charged more for the battery than I was quoted and took less than 5 minutes to do all the work, for which they charged a total of $333. Bottom line: Aldoor had internal corruption that led to this customer receiving the wrong product and they will NOT stand behind their work. There was maintenance done in Nov 2024 and they missed something that resulted in my door coming down on me but refused to come and inspect even though they installed my door originally in 2016 and have regularly maintained it since then. I would not recommend them for an installation or thorough maintenance inspections. Possibly for minor repairs.
