It is their policy to respond to a call the same day and they have done so every time I have called them. One technician showed up at 7p.m. after he completed all his other appointments and fixed the issue (my call was late in the afternoon) that I had placed. Over the years, they have replaced my springs twice. I called and they replaced my garage door opener system when the one bought with the house gave out. Everyone I met answered my questions, took the time to educate me on how to do maintenance on the springs and how to read and work with the garage door opener. They are efficient, patient, prompt, and professional. Jeff came out on the last visit and replaced the springs a couple of hours after my call even though he was preparing to leave on vacation. Jesus was our technician and was at our house in under an hour from when I called. As I was opening/closing the garage door to demonstrate the noise, one of the wheels and rods popped right out! If any cars were in the garage at the time or if we had stood closer to that side of the door, damage would've been done. Jesus replaced all of the rollers and some rods, made some other adjustments and bracket changes, and changed out the sealer at the bottom of the door in under an hour!
