For instance, snapper, grouper, mahi-mahi , tile and trigger fish. Often times they will have a wide selection of frozen fish in stock. They have well stocked supply of flash frozen gulf shrimp from Florida or Alabama. Their prices will be a bit higher than what you might pay at your local Harris-Teeter or Publix but the quality far exceeds. Their big differentiator is their customer service. They are a small independently owned business so their customer service is exceptional. Today I stopped in and ordered some fresh Snapper and got 2 pounds of frozen gulf shrimp and their seasoning. I was a little nervous, but also excited--and Pete made the whole process easy. He was very pleasant to talk to. I learned that branzino isn't something they always keep in stock, so it's best to call ahead and order. While I was there, I also picked up thyme, rosemary, lemon, red onions, regular onions, and honey, which saved me a trip to the grocery store. The shop was very clean and didn't have that strong fishy smell, which I liked. I was greeted right away, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great shopping experience. She was adamant that she could not do anything to help me, and keep me as a happy customer. No suggestion was given to me for a credit or even a replacement of another product. NOTHING, just arguing with me about "she has no control over the freshness of the lobsters". So very disappointed in the way this business owner takes care of her customers.
