The price is also good, it's reasonable and surprisingly cheap compared to other places. There's something for everyone in that drink menu. My only gripe is that the cup sizes have changed. They are smaller, way smaller in comparison to 5 years ago. Prior to Covid. After checking out their extensive wall menu, I ordered a plain Bagel with Lox, an Asai bowl and a Sea Salt Caramel iced coffee to go. Like I mentioned above, they have an extensive menu which really impressed me. I was also impressed by their super large espresso machine. My order took about ten minutes to prepare and I headed off with my bag and drink towards home. At the house and before tearing into my food, my camera ate first. My Bagel with Lox was dynamite. Super thick cut of fresh salmon with cream cheese, capers, onion and cucumbers gave the sandwich a nice crunch. My Sea Salt Caramel coffee was great and their Asai bowls are impressive. SCENE: Located at the corner of W. 11th Street and East Street, Isabel's Cafe now occupies the old Sandwich Spot location. RECOMMENDATION(S): Awesome food! Highly recommended. The only negative I had was, unlike Sandwich Spot where you could watch your sandwich being made, Isabel's doesn't have that option. Everything is prepared in the back, away from the customers.

We stopped by and there were other people there already waiting for their drinks. The owner is super sweet and eventhough she's a one woman show (and was busy making drinks when I walked up) she still greeted me and took our order. Being that it was my first time there she kindly walked me through options for each drink. We waited less than 10 minutes in all and were very happy when we tried our drinks! They also come in these cute containers which are easy to take Togo! Parking was easy and also easy in/out from the lot. We will definitely add this into our routine when we're near! I was then curious about the businesses in Mountain House since it's comparatively a new development, and I saw THub Cafe. Thinking it was just another boba cafe, seeing that it also has biryani made me want to visit asap. My mom was curious, too, so we drove out there after finishing our errands. We got the paneer biryani, which is considered a favorite, along with boba teas to take home. We also added samosas because why not? The biryani was pretty good! I don't know how made-to-order this is... I have a feeling it's made ahead of time, and either refrigerated or frozen, then reheated. But it's delicious nonetheless. The flavors are herbaceous and spicy. Note: if you're sensitive to spice, do not get this as even the mild version has a good kick. I also liked the texture of the paneer and the perfectly cooked rice. The samosas were fine. They're smaller than what you would normally get at a restaurant, but that didn't bother me since it came with four or five. Plus, it's a part of their snack options, so I expected them to be small. The dough was on the softer side, and the potatoes inside were fluffy and lightly seasoned. It actually helped subside the spiciness of the biryani. The boba teas were pretty good. I got a passion fruit one with 25% sugar and it was already too sweet for me. I think I'll opt for no sugar on drinks where that is customizable. The boba itself was chewy yet firm and had a subtle brown sugar flavor. Service was friendly. They made sure to check in on us regarding the biryani as that took awhile (but not like incredibly long). The space was clean with a good amount of seating. There isn't a lot of parking in the lot itself, but plenty of street parking as it's in a neighborhood. I would totally come back here if I was in the area for the biryani alone.
