They told me I had a gas leak by my rear tire and then showed me a video that looked nothing like my undercarriage. I know because I had mud all over my truck that day and the video they showed had a clean undercarriage of a compact car. He also said they couldn't fix it there, but his buddy had a garage down the street. That's a bit shady. Fast forward to last night. Since I wasn't impressed with their service I had my husband change my oil. The oil filter was cranked on so tight that it ended up breaking to come off and then drained more than half the new oil we put in it. It has cost us 3x the amount it would have cost us to change the oil. Needless to say, we are not returning.

I dropped off my car for a diagnostic first thing in the morning and received a call with outrageous repair estimates. I told them I'd call if I decided to go through with anything. When I called at 4:20 to say I might be a few minutes late picking it up, I was initially told "no problem," only to get a call back a few minutes later to be told I'd instead have to come the next morning since my car was still disassembled. While I understand technicians leave at 4, they should have reassembled my car before leaving since I had not authorized any repairs, which caused me to scramble for rides both that day and the next. The individual I spoke with the following morning defended this as "standard practice to leave it disassembled if a faulty part is out in case a customer calls wanting it fixed." That may be standard, but I didn't call, so leaving it that way was unnecessary and stressful. An apology doesn't change that. I had heard good things about this shop, but my experience was the exact opposite. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, and outrageous prices ensure I will neither be returning or recommending this place.

They told me it was the heater hose assembly and it would be 700 to have it replaced. Thank God someone honest came through and the hoses needed to be tightened and the thermostat needed replaced. So if i would have borrowed the money to fix what they said was wrong I would have still had the same problems. It cost me 119.00 to have it repaired and safely on the road. This place has great reviews and I needed someone honest and dependable but bringing my car here was a huge mistake and could have been worse.
