Highly recommend. I travelled here for vacation from 1500 miles away and had a vibration at highway speed. My car just had new tires before our trip... I had seen 2 Toyota dealers within the past 2 weeks and the issue persisted, $1500 later. Parkway road forced balanced my tires and had found an issue with one of my rear rims. It now rides smooth as silk again, which will make my drive home enjoyable again. No appt needed, did have to wait 2 hours, but I'm not complaining because they fixed my issue when the big dealers did not, and at a reasonable price. This is about the Parkway Tire Store in callaway Drop my car off the car lift Did over eight thousand dollars in damage. Had to tow the car to the dealership. I asked for their insurance they refused to give it to me Come to find out they don't have any garage insurance. The owner refused to pay for damages. Should have done my research before taking it to this place. Always go to a qualified tire dealer or you will regret it. I took them to small claims court and my Mechanic did not show up Now I'm have to get an attorney and sue them for the full amount of damages which is over $23,000 attorneys fees and court costs read more

Called this shop to see what they offer as far as exhaust work and they guy on the phone was friendly and helpful he told me to come in and they could look at my car that day. The employees were able to remove my resonator on a 2015 mustang and install a x pipe in under and hour even with a packed garage they were all very friendly and even called around to find a transmission shop that could install a different part I had and they man at the front desk gave me a quote for tires even though he was very busy. I drove in to have a leaking tire repaired. They got me in right away, fixed the tire and I was out of there in about and hour with a $23 bill. They seemed pretty busy so I was pleased with the quick turnaround. Staff was pleasant though not chatty. The chairs in the waiting room were about one step above folding chairs, making me happy to not have to wait more than an hour. The restroom was clean. I would definitely return here for tire assistance and service. read more

Good customer service I would recommend them to my friends and have. Very respectful and quick to get the job done. I had an oil sending unit replaced they estimated the price and time exactly no extras. They said it would be an hr and thats what it was. One minor hicup they fixed immediately when it was discovered they rtv wasnt enough on it and was leaking. Great service. If you have electrical problems or other issues I Highly recommend Parkway Tires. My door module control went out and had fuel sensor go out. They also repaired air conditioner blower and witch.They were professional and fixed my car at a fraction of what dealership wanted. I only paid about $200 more for all they fixed than dealership wanted just to fix door module.They will be the one I take my car to for any further issues. Thank you Tom and your service team. I was very satisfied when I initially purchased my tires from Parkway with a warranty. However within the last month,I bought my car back 4xs complaining of the tires losing air and the light coming on. I specifically shared with each repairman that the manufacturer stipulates that the tires carry 35 lbs. It appears their service repair people are not very competent because the last time I took it in, I was told the tires had 50lbs. After taking the car in so many times and their not diagnosing the problem, is troublesome. read more
