I did the $8 Superwash and there still wasn't under chassis wash. You have to pull up really far to the point that when you exit (since you cannot backup), the driver doesn't even get your windshield and hood. I have an old car and a piece of rubber seal came off after the wash -- this has never happened in other drive-through car wash. I think this car wash is just particularly harsh.

My second to last experience, giving me a quote and then subcontracting the job out to another repair shop that not only forgot to put parts back on, broke interior parts and the cost ended up more than double. 1400 estimate became $3000 and they gave me the vehicle back broken. The most recent one they put our directional tires on backwards. The annual inspection attendant mentioned it. they did not want to remedy it.

I took my car there today to have it inspected and big surprise was told I had 4 lights out.
