My family and I have been doing business with Miller for about 29 years. Two generations. Unfortunately, they are no longer reliable. My second to last experience, giving me a quote and then subcontracting the job out to another repair shop that not only forgot to put parts back on, broke interior parts and the cost ended up more than double. 1400 estimate became $3000 and they gave me the vehicle back broken. The most recent one they put our directional tires on backwards. The annual inspection attendant mentioned it. they did not want to remedy it. read more

My husband and I have gone to Miller Automotive for a few years now for all annual services. I called today to book an inspection sticker service and the owner actually got frustrated with my inability to accept a time slot when I said I needed an afternoon appointment. He went as far as asking me to take my business elsewhere. I am a busy mom who was coordinating both my work and school schedule when looking to book this appointment. Apparently, Mr. Miller does not need your business if you balancing your own schedule. I will be making all of my neighbors aware of this rude and unprofessional business. read more

I've gotten many inspections there no problem with appointment. The only reason why I was going to him was because it was close to my work. He seem like a nice guy at first, but I got my car diagnostic at a lubrication garage he test drove. My car did not find anything wrong. I got my car and my engine was misfiring like I told him in the first place he told me he didn't want my business anymore when I asked why he didn't put sensor in my car. I've heard other issues, with some of my coworkers I wish I checked with them before I went to Miller automotive. read more

Since next Monday is a holiday (MLK Day) I stopped in to see if I could get an appointment for my vehicle. When I asked the owner if they were open on MLK Day he replied, "I am the wrong color" (referring to himself). Then he followed that with "I shouldn't have said that..." and laughed. I said, "No you shouldn't have". He laughed some more and said "I don't care." I said I will take my business elsewhere and turned to leave. He laughed and said "Have a. nice day". The owner of Miller's is clearly racist and I wanted to share this story with those who would rather not do business with racists and should avoid Miller's Automotive in Littleton MA. read more

Perhaps the best mechanic I've ever been to. High quality, clear on expectations. When looking at the quality of the exterior of the building it's obvious how much care is put into this business. Not that cheap, but well worth the peace of mind. read more

And then there's the owner who during this pandemic took the time to set a chair outside for me to wait for my oil change, vacuumed the inside of my car, filled it with gas at my request, and simply gave me a receipt for payment without miles of paperwork. Miller has serviced our cars for several years. Brad, the owner, is kind, communicative and respectful. His sense of humor doesn't hurt either. We have had unfortunate experiences with mechanics in the past, but not here. We've always felt like they told it like it was. They never suggested repairs that could wait. They never tried to up-sell us. Importantly, they spoke to me as if I was as intelligent as my husband - treatment I've not always found in this industry. They have a loaner car that we've often used, and have been extremely accommodating about working around the schedule of a family with small children. read more

I dropped off my car to Miller Automotive for an oil change. He came highly recommended to me by all my co-workers and is a convenient 5 minute walk from my work. Drop off was super easy, I didn't have to fill out 5 miles worth of paperwork. I parked it and they took care of it for me. Gave me a call when it was all set and let me know that they previous mechanic had left the oil cap unscrewed so the burning smell I noticed was oil dripping all down the back on my engine. They cleaned up the engine for me and even vacuumed the driver and passenger floor mats! Even though he was a little more expensive the service made it worth it. read more

I would give 0 stars, if such an option is there. I was searching for a good mechanic near by & read the reviews on Yelp & went here 1st time. Went for oil change & I told him there is a leak in rear right tire & I told him to take care of it. He came up with 2 nails & said there are 2 patches & Charged me ridiculous $50. I never paid $25 per patch anywhere in US. When I said "it's lot of money they are charging, without even telling me upfront that they charge $25". He replied sarcastically that "it is still cheaper than tire". It is actually time to change the tire almost near, a good mechanic should at least come back & ask - "we will charge you $50, rather will you invest in new tire? " .. Earlier in other places, the max I paid for a patch is $6-$10. read more

I had new tires installed here and the service was excellent. I ordered them online on a Sunday and the manager called on Tuesday to say the tires had arrived and they could schedule me the same day if I needed to. They offered pickup and dropoff and the car was ready when I expected it to be. Price was reasonable. I will start having service done here, its great to find a local place that is so professional. read more

It my first time going to this repair shop. I had been other repair shops and received the quote on how much going to cost to to repair the two front boots/ axles. I knew some repair shops cuts corners, and giving the lower price. I decided to use this place b/c is closer to work, and recommended by my co-workers. Honestly I never received such a service. I drove my car to work with a mechanic, in just couple of minutes by just listening he already knew what was wrong with it. The mechanic drove the car back to the shop, and start fixing it. The service is quick, very friendly to work with, very honest, and willing to work around when you have a tight budget. read more
