I was there late tonight with low pressure signal on my dashboard. An older gentleman came out and asked if I needed help. Which you rarely see these days... He helped me use the air pump and told me "when it beeps you're at the pressure you set it for". He was super nice and it was 20F and dark out, and the controls for the air pump were hard to read, but he walked me through it. I shook his hand and thanked him! Stopped in here and as previous reviewer stated, none of the machines accepted cards so I was forces to hand my card over to the attendant and SPECIFICALLY asked for $20 in gas, attendant dissappeared for quite a while. Handed me my card back, no receipt. Next day I checked my bank account and he had taken more than double - $41.63 out. I called the station - manager not around thgey took my info, no call, called my bank and reported/dispted. Called twice today, no answer, still no callback. In checking through the reviews, it looks like this isn't the first time this station has overcharged/ripped off a customer paying with a debit/credit card. Avoid this station !!! read more

Second time stopping at this station and neither times do any of the pumps or inside machine accept cards. But I never have a problem with the station one exit down the highway. Keot insisting cash and that my cards were bad and proceeded to ignore me while he went back inside instead of accepting my payment. Then refused to try any other cards after the first one failed this has not been the first time either but most definitely the last. I was running low on gas and going to stop at the first place advertised from the highway. I was so happy to find out it was full service! It's such a perk in my humble opinion. The attendants were very nice and gave helpful advice about the area. read more

SHAME ON YOU! I did not have my wallet on me and desperately needed gas. I had $4.50 in change, and THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY MONEY. Told me to leave without gas. What human does that? I had money, and they would not accept it with my son and dog in the car. This is the most insulting experience I have ever had with a vendor. Just what the world needs, more selfish horrible people. I was desperate for gas, I had not planned ahead and so driving on the highway I realized I need to stop because the gas is low. Now prices have been dropping but its as though this station could sense my desperation. I pull off the highway and it is 2.71 for regular....i had just passed 2.41, 2.31 and I know it is my fault because i had not filled up at one of those stations. Maybe the price put me in a bad mood but the attendant seemed rude and quite honestly I would have much rather pumpred my own gas than pay extra for him to put my credit card in the pump, insert the gas nozzle in my car and return inside to continue watching some morning talk show.... how rude! read more

I'd rather push my car to the side of the road and wait for AAA to bring me some, then pay the "you just got off 495 and don't know where to get gas and you really need it (evil laugh rub hands) We I'll tell you where to go, depending when your reading this, and how much of a rush you in. Get back on 495 to exit 26(one exit from here), and get off towards Hudson center, their you'll pass a BJ's ( less then a mile off the highway) cheapest gas in Mass! No membership card? I got you....... pass BJ's still heading to Hudson and there is a Cumberland Farm ( less then a mile from BJ's) usually the cheapest with in a 20 mile radius. I can't speak about Bolton Mobile's other services the gas prices make me make a cross with my fingers when I drive past it. read more

The little puke who worked there i went to go buy a drink and a few thing 18$ worth he charged my card which said "APPROVED" on the screen they tried to tell me it declined so i tried 3 more times showing the ideot the screen with the approval screen he says "nope you probably dont have enough money in your bank acount" like excuse me? RUDE He takes the stuff back i leave and go to another store card goes thre NO PROBLEM i get home and have ((4)) !!! Charges for 18$ each almost 80$ got taken from my acount not to mention i didnt get the stuff i DID purchase. I call capital one and tell them and now i have to wait 7-10 days to get MY money back. What a joke let me tell you if your smart you will NEVER go here! read more

Why is this listed as closed when it's wide opened? Worst gas station experience ever. Damn attendant didn't ask what grade and he put in regular into my premium gas required SUV. Then he ignore my multiple requests to NOT top off and he kept topping off. Damn dude hardly speaks any English. This is the most fishy gas station in an upscale neighborhood. Be careful. read more

Hit something on 495 and blew a tire. AAA came but had to get off 495 to check air pressure in dummy tire. I stopped here and realized I lost another tire. The two men working there were so incredibly kind and helpful. We brain stormed the best action to take. I called AAA to reopen my ticket, the attendant called the same tow company to have a truck ready for me. I was going to stay local but found out there was a Tire Warehouse in Worcester where I was headed. The attendant, again, called the tow company to advise AAA my destination had been changed. They kept me in good spirits.....forever thankful. read more

It's amazing that 2 years later, after the first review this gas station is just as horrible. Horrible Customer Service, horrible prices, I live near by, but by all means I'll be avoiding that place. If I could give zero stars I would. I was in a hurry and there was a guy with a trailer taking up two spots and then using a third pump to pump into his can. There are four pumps and there was another customer getting gas. I'm waiting impatiently of course, and I get out and he asks how I am. I said I would be better if I didn't have to wait for a pump because one person is monopolizing a majority of the pumps. He said with an attitude, I'm sorry I have other customers ma'am. I was bewildered. Also it is full service, it is a town law that I pump it. I did not know that and I think that is a stupid law, I am not in NJ. I quickly pulled myself together and said, I am in a hurry, and it is inconvenient to have to wait for you. Also one person should not be taking up all the pumps especially when it is busy, you have people waiting. I will definitely not be stopping here anymore not that you would want me to right, bc I am a bitch customer. My gas finished pumping and I said by the way, you are a business owner. i completely agree that this mobile station is an absolute RIP-OFF! not only do you have to pay a good $0.20 - $0.30 more per gallon, but the attendants there are RUDE and UNFRIENDLY! there was one time i was absolutely desperate for gas and asked them to put $2 worth of gas in my tank, which was just enough to get me to another gas station. when the attendant looked at me like i was a lunatic i merely said to him, "this place is a RIP-OFF and i refuse to fill up here!" i'm with you ran d! head to bj's and pay only $3.29 a gallon! read more
